An important objective of the Vilasrao Deshmukh Foundation is to ensure that the various schemes floated by the government to aid the people of Latur are made known to all concerned. It regularly conducts programmes in the different districts including Sikandarpur, Dattak Gaon Kasargaon, Pakharsangvi, Sirshi, Harangul (Khu) to create awareness so that those in need receive the benefits offered under these Government schemes.
